Reserved Seating

Notice: We at Encore want you to be aware that reserved seating will be handled totally different as in years past. Our staff will be picking your seats for everyone who has pre-registered and all you have to do is pick them up at the table on Friday and/or Saturday between the hours of 10:00 and 1:00 at the B & R Photography Booth in Hall C. There will be no tickets given out on Thursday night. An idea would be to have one person send in the request for all the tickets and notate to put them all together. Remember you must have a spectator pass to buy reserved seating. If you don’t have both in your hand you will not gain access into the hall for a reserved seat.
Please read the FAQ. It would be a great idea for directors to copy these or tell the parents to read it especially if it is their first time coming.
